DESCRIPITION: Business Analyst will advise the development and testing teams on implementing DOH requirements, while supporting DOH stakeholders in the testing and usage of the application. Under oversight of the Project Manager, the Level 3 Business Analyst will develop requirements traceability documents, design mock-ups, test plans, scenarios, and test cases which will exercise the business, functional, and technical requirements of the system; identify and log technical and functional software defects; and keep up to date with standards and requirements of software requirements, design and quality assurance as stipulated by software testing authorities.
