Job Description
Experience: 7+ years
Skills: ERP Implementation, D365 Finance, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Documentation, UAT Support, Stakeholder Management, Prior ERP (D365, Netsuite, SAP) implementation experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with end users and stakeholders to identify, quantify and document business requirements
- Organise the review and sign-off of business requirements from end user representatives
- Review solutions proposed by the development team (either in-house or third party) and ensure that they meet the business needs
- Liaise with the product team and end users to ensure that all parties fully understand the business needs and the proposed solution to these needs
