You will act as the gatekeeper and translator, ensuring that incoming reporting requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered on time. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy organizing complex workflows, managing expectations across all levels of the organization, and ensuring technical teams have everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Management & Triage: Receive, review, and sort new reporting requests. Assess the feasibility and clarity of requirements before assigning them to the engineering team.
