Business Analyst (Taleo or HCM)

Chatswood/ WFH

12 Months Contract

$ 1000 p/day + Super


Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ' Business Analyst'.

Key Criteria:

  • Strong BA skills within HCM or Taleo products
  • Ability to lead investigations based on a problem statement without needing a checklist
  • Project coordination and update experience including tracking items, identifying cut over tasks and identifying change impacts
  • Strong Comm skills (eg exp in writing comms for external users), review business created processes
  • Able to map analysis of problems as well as provide end to end solutions
  • Solid relationship building skills
