Job Description
Join Mindlance in Montreal as a Business Analyst, responsible for delivering requirements for Agile projects while collaborating with diverse stakeholders onsite four days a week.
In this 12-month role, you'll engage in extensive business analysis on medium to large projects. Your expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and Agile methodology will guide project execution and stakeholder communication. You'll lead Agile ceremonies and collaboratively develop plans to enhance project efficiencies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive requirements delivery, including planning and analysis
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify needs and responsibilities
• Lead Agile ceremonies in collaboration with Product Owners
• Develop and maintain a repository of documentation in Confluence
• Support developers and QA teams with build and testing requirements
Requirements:
• 8-10 years BA/BSA experience in Agile environments
