Business Analyst (BA)
Remote | $50 CAD/hr | Contract
We're looking for a Business Analyst to support contact center modernization and agentic AI initiatives at a leading contact center solutions organization.
In this role, you'll translate business and CX needs into clear requirements, journeys, and prioritized use cases across CCaaS platforms — working closely with business, architecture, and delivery teams to enable AI-driven, measurable customer and agent experience outcomes.
