Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Support: Assist in implementing strategic projects for digital applications to optimize sales processes and increase conversions.
- Process Improvement Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, user productivity, and overall user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and operational readiness of each release by collaborating closely with Technology and QA teams during UAT reviews.
