Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a high-impact modernization program in Cleveland, Ohio. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can connect business priorities with technical execution while partnering with stakeholders across a complex software environment. The role will focus on clarifying needs, improving processes, and helping guide a multi-year shift to a SaaS-based platform.
