Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in the Banking domain, specializing in Risk & Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyse requirements, support GRC implementations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Experience with MetricStream GRC products is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Prepare functional documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Work extensively with GRC Foundation Library, Operational Risk Management, Risk Events Management, Issues Management, and Compliance Management modules.
