We are looking for an IAM Security Business Analyst who acts as the functional orchestrator between business teams, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders.

The role ensures that business requirements are translated into effective IAM capabilities while aligning security objectives with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops involving business, IT, and security stakeholders.
• Perform IAM gap assessments between the current and target operating models.
• Analyze and document identity lifecycle processes.
• Design role-based access models (RBAC/ABAC).
• Define and optimize access governance processes.
• Gather and formalize business requirements.
• Align business expectations with cybersecurity requirements.
• Contribute to IAM governance and transformation initiatives.
