The Trillium, known for its dedicated coverage of Ontario politics, is expanding to Parliament Hill. As Bureau Chief, you will oversee a team responsible for creating compelling news stories for readers across Ontario. This in-office role includes some remote flexibility and requires collaboration with local teams at Queen’s Park.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of journalists for federal political news
• Establish Ottawa bureau and build reporting team
• Train reporters on source development and document access
• Edit bureau stories for accuracy and Canadian Press style
• Serve as Village Media's ambassador in Ottawa
