Detailed Role Description This ideal candidate is responsible for analyzing site level data & autogenerated task from system. The engineer then prioritizes the task based on defined value proposition and creating relevant services task remotely to country service team. The engineer also prepares a monthly report summarizing all site level observations, recommendation and action taken during the reporting period. The role involves deep understanding the analytics platform autogenerated configuring diagnostics for building automation systems, reviewing results from the underlying analytics, and working with customers to resolve deficiencies that have been identified. The candidate will work to help customers attain high performing buildings via these value-added data analytics services.
