We have an exciting opportunity for a Buildings Electrical Engineer to join our Halifax, NS team.
Overview As a Buildings Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development and implementation of electrical systems for various building projects, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers and project managers to ensure the designs are efficient, safe and meet client expectations. The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, a passion for innovation and a commitment to sustainability.
Responsibilities
Design and prepare contract documents for electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
Participate in Building Condition Assessments (BCAs).
Coordinate design support staff across multiple disciplines.
Manage projects to meet budget and deliverables.
