In this full-time position, you will supervise the development and implementation of SaskEnergy's building projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all projects adhere to codes and standards. Collaborating with senior management to identify and assess needs is essential in achieving your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a range of building projects to ensure effective management
• Enforce compliance with local and provincial regulations
• Lead office relocations and optimal resource distribution
• Build strong relationships with contractors and consultants
• Perform site visits to conduct evaluations and gather insights
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Building and Technology or equivalent
• At least four years of experience in building management
