Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for operational and preventative maintenance of Community Housing apartment buildings and scattered houses. Complete minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs in units and houses. Responsible to assist with energy management activities, equipment operation and optimization. Responsible for monthly life safety checks in apartment buildings and annual inspections of units. Responsible for planning, completion and data entry of PM’s.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not listed in order of priority)
1. Maintain the Preventative Maintenance Plan with direction from management for mechanical systems, structural elements, fixtures and grounds.
2. Troubleshoot, service, install and perform basic repairs on defined equipment including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and security systems within safety and assignment guidelines, reporting issues to senior or other Maintenance & Facilities team staff as...
