Job Description: Lead the design and delivery of building services engineering projects Prepare engineering calculations, designs, and technical documentation Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction Ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices Manage project programmes, budgets, and client expectations Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project success Skills & Experience: 5 years' experience within a Building Services Consulting environment Strong building services design experience essential Proven project management and client liaison experience Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Qualification: BEng / BSc in Engineering ECSA Registration (PrEng or eligible to register) advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals w...
