Drive operational excellence as a Union Building Operator with CBRE, focusing on HVAC and maintenance tasks during the day shift. Your role will be critical for tenant satisfaction and safety.
As a Union Building Operator, you will ensure the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will respond to tenant needs, perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units, and undertake various repairs.
