As a Building Operation Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational performance of the building, ensuring all facilities, engineering systems, security, housekeeping, and maintenance activities run efficiently while delivering excellent service to tenants and visitors.
You will play a key role in maintaining operational standards, optimizing building performance, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
You will work closely with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, Leasing, Fit Out, and other cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve tenant satisfaction, and support the organization's long-term business objectives.
