We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to deliver a professional, on‑site building management service for a residential property. This role focuses on safety, compliance, maintenance, contractor coordination, and delivering an excellent resident experience.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day building operations, manage contractors, liaise with residents and the Owners Corporation, and ensure the building is maintained to a high standard.
