We are currently seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium site located in Sydney CBD. This is a purely BMC-focused role with no residential strata plan attached to the site.
This position would suit a proactive and hands-on Building Manager with strong operational experience who enjoys managing contractors, maintaining compliance, and delivering a high level of service to stakeholders and occupants.
The Role
• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building
