Job Description
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate / Vocational Graduate / Technical Training in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field
- Preferably with NC II Certification in Electrical or Air Conditioning.
- With at least 1–3 years of experience in building, hotel, spa, or facility maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
