Job Description
Our Client is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled trades and maintenance professionals responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility infrastructure and building systems.
This hands‑on leadership role oversees preventative maintenance programs, repairs, contractor coordination, and day‑to‑day building operations. The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with a solid technical background in building maintenance, mechanical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, or power engineering.
The Building Maintenance Supervisor works closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure facilities remain safe, operational, and well‑maintained while supporting organizational goals and service excellence.
