Building Maintenance Supervisor

The Building Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all building maintenance activities to ensure that facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in a safe, functional, and cost-effective condition. The role requires strong technical expertise across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical maintenance, painting, plastering, and general building repairs, while supervising cleaning, security , maintenance staff and contractors to deliver high-quality service . They are the interface between the business and its tenants and facilitate move-in, move out and viewings for both commercial and residential spaces. Perform , Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities across residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
