The Building Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all building maintenance activities to ensure that facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in a safe, functional, and cost-effective condition. The role requires strong technical expertise across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical maintenance, painting, plastering, and general building repairs, while supervising cleaning, security, maintenance staff and contractors to deliver high-quality service. They are the interface between the business and its tenants and facilitate move‑in, move‑out, and viewings for both commercial and residential spaces.
