Full-time Grounds Maintenance Workers

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented  Groundskeeper  to maintain the exterior appearance and safety of our office building.

You will be responsible for seasonal light landscaping, exterior cleaning, and general preventative maintenance to ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.  Key Responsibilities Landscaping & Lawn Care:

•   Plant and prune flowers, shrubs, and trees, and pull weeds as needed.  Exterior Cleaning:  Sweep sidewalks, entryways, and parking lots.


• Empty outdoor trash receptacles and remove litter from the property.
• Exterior window washing as needed.

Seasonal Maintenance:

•  Winter: Apply salt/de-icer to walkways and parking areas during winter.
