Details
- Location: Gul Circle (3 bus stops from Joo Koon MRT)
- Salary: Up to $5,500/month
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Oversee day‑to‑day building and facilities maintenance
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
- Support fire safety checks and general safety inspections
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Min. NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Hands‑on and comfortable managing facilities independently
