This permanent position is ideal for an operative with a core background in Carpentry or Plumbing who enjoys varied, multi-trade commercial maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across commercial properties.
Diagnose and rectify repairs within your primary trade (Carpentry or Plumbing) and complete secondary trade tasks as needed.
