Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or other related fields. Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
At least 3–5 years of experience in building engineering, facilities management, or property management.
Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, utilities monitoring, energy conservation (Enercon), and technical contract management.
Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Specialized Skills:
Building Systems & Maintenance – In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems.
Technical Contract Management – Skilled in SLAs, contractor evaluation, and procurement processes.
Energy Conservation – Expertise in efficiency initiatives, utilities monitoring, and sustainability programs.
