Job Description
Purpose To provide strategic oversight and technical leadership for BAS platforms across all CBE schools, ensuring that building automation systems (including HVAC, lighting, energy management, and related infrastructure) are configured, optimized, and continuously improved to support safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient learning environments across the CBE.
Accountability Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BAS, providing guidance to operational staff, coordinating vendor and contractor activities, supporting capital projects, commissioning activities, cybersecurity requirements, and BAS standardization and advancing system performance to support CBE’s long‑term asset management, indoor environmental quality and sustainability goals.
