About the Role:
The Building Auditor delivers technical expertise in inspecting, assessing, auditing, and reporting on building issues within BPC's Building Audit function, supporting the Team Leader to ensure operational accuracy.
The role monitors practitioner compliance with the Building Act, Regulations, and National Construction Code, identifies systemic risks, and recommends interventions to strengthen the regulatory system and BPC's effectiveness.

* Conduct and document audits and site inspections, assess documentation, and prepare timely, detailed technical reports for the Building Audit Program.
* Provide expert technical advice, support legal proceedings, and recommend actions to internal and external stakeholders in line with legislative requirements.
