JOB DESCRIPTION <ul> <li>Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting of copper and fiber cabling (patching, labeling, certification)</li> <li>Support rack & stack activities, including switch installation and cable management</li> <li>Assist in VLAN configuration and basic network setup under engineer guidance</li> <li>Execute basic switch configuration (port configuration, access/trunk setup) following standards</li> <li>Perform routine network health checks and escalate issues when required</li> <li>Support incident response for site connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, patching faults)</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation (cabling maps, port assignments, patch panel records)</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors or contractors for structured cabling work</li> <li>Provide hands-on support during projects, moves, adds, changes (MAC) and site activities (e.g., cutover)</...
