Summary About the Position: This position is with the 596th Army Transportation Brigade, located at Southport, North Carolina (MOTSU). Incumbent will perform full range of budget formulation and execution of duties associated with the fiscal planning, programming, and budgeting. Responsibilities Serves as Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA), Financial Defense Travel Administrator (FDTA) and is the subject matter expert for all things related to the Defense Travel System (DTS). Incumbent monitors and evaluates budget execution for assigned programs and mission areas to ensure funds are executed in accordance with approved Command spend plans, operating budgets and other fiscal requirements Incumbent reviews and implements SDDC budget guidance as applicable to facilitate development of both Brigade HQ and battalion level budgets for AOR.
