Summary About the Position: Located at 10th Mountain Division G-8 Budget and Travel, Fort Drum, New York. Responsibilities Performs comprehensive budget formulation, estimation, and justification for assigned programs and organizational segments. Analyzes administrative and program guidance received from higher headquarters to evaluate, validate, and compile annual resource requirements from subordinate elements. Assesses submissions for statutory propriety, resource adequacy, policy compliance, and historical execution trends. Responsible for managing and monitoring the day-to-day execution of approved budgets for all assigned activities and funding lines. Tracks the annual commitments, obligations, and expenditures to ensure funds are utilized IAW regulations.
