This role leads a team of Broker Support Officers providing essential support to the Business Development Management (BDM) Team to achieve sales objectives and Net New Loan (NNL) targets. Reporting to the Lending Operations Manager, the successful candidate balances workflow management, quality assurance, and team development to ensure consistent, high-level service delivery to brokers and their customers.
