The **Broker Sales** Representative fields calls from corporate / government clients and works to resolve problems they raise concerning **service** or billing as well as creates opportunities for sales with existing and new clients

**Responsibilities**

· Works in conjunction with other departments to resolve **customer** disputes and create sales opportunities

· Demonstrates the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.

· Effectively communicates issues, needs and opportunities with employees and other managers.

· Interviews customers and records interview information into the computer for the Sales Department

· Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in **service** .

· Solicits sales of new or additional services.
