Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of brokers to achieve sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Support and motivate team members to maximize performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates.
• Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Broker in real estate, finance, insurance, or a related sales industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
