Job Description
Responsibilities
- Development of Broadcast Operation Site Operation Plan.
- Planning and control of installation of broadcast compound.
- Planning and control of installation of International Broadcast Coordination Centre (IBCC), technical and production rooms.
- Monitoring of construction, installation and readiness of broadcaster zones, areas and facilities, including, but not limited to, camera positions, commentary positions, Host Broadcast (HB) and other offices etc.
- Planning of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE), TEAP for all the Broadcast operations spaces and zones.
- Control of general services for HB and MRLs, including logistics, transportation, technical services, IT etc.
- Coordination and cooperation with FIFA TV, HBS, HB, broadcast technical suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Control and coordination of procurement of broadcast infrastructure-related equipment.
