Role Overview
Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL), the Technical Leader (TL) is accountable for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Bridges discipline within the Infrastructure BOU. The TL is a peer to Regional Delivery Leaders (RDLs) and collaborates to ensure technical excellence is embedded in project delivery, strategic pursuits, and business operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence and Quality Leadership
- Establish and communicate discipline‑specific technical standards aligned with regulations, industry best practices, and internal requirements.
- Promote consistent application of QA/QC processes, design standards, and technical review practices across projects.
