This role focuses on operating brewing processes (Brew house, Cellars, Filtration and Bright Beer Tanks) and supporting quality control, asset care and quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in Brewing process areas according to standard operating procedures.
• Review process performance against targets and document deviations with explanations.
• Record waste and movement of product on the appropriate documentation or information systems and review waste trends.
• Carry out in-depth cleaning, lubrication and inspection of equipment per autonomous operations and maintenance schedule.
• Identify defective plant and report to CRO for resolution.
