Job Description
SAB is seeking a motivated trainee to operate brewing processes across Brew House, Cellars, Filtration and Bright Beer Tanks, while supporting quality control, asset care and quality activities.
You will follow SOPs, monitor process performance, record waste and deviations, perform cleaning and inspections, and participate in shift handovers and team reviews. The programme offers experiential training towards a National Diploma and exposure to a large, sustainable brewing operation.
