Job Description
TalentPop App is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Specialist (Brand Concierge) for 100% remote e-commerce support. You will blend proactive selling with premium customer care to drive revenue while delivering a personalized, high-end experience.
In this hybrid role, you will upsell, recover abandoned carts, and guide customers from inquiry to purchase across channels such as phone, email, live chat and SMS. A year of remote sales or support in e-commerce is preferred.
