Job Description
The Missing Piece is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to own brand and campaigns, working directly with the Founder. You will set direction, execute across channels, and build a distinctive presence for TMP with limited resources.
You will manage brand and social strategy, launches, CRM, and partnerships, ensuring TMP looks and sounds like itself across drops and comms. A background in fashion or lifestyle, 4–6 years, and a genuine eye for craft are essential.
