Branch Supervisor
Icebolethu FSP, a division of Icebolethu Group, seeks a Branch Supervisor for permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Retention of clientele
- Supervising and managing daily branch operations
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets
- Setting and monitoring individual and team sales goals
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Handling escalated customer queries and resolving complaints effectively
- Implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Overseeing risk management and ensuring proper documentation processes
- Driving customer service excellence and improving client satisfaction levels
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- 2–3 years’ experience in financial services
