Branch Supervisor – Job Description

• Supervise overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Monitor and drive sales performance of the branch to achieve assigned targets.
• Manage and guide the Retail Sales Executive(s) for better productivity and results.
• Ensure proper customer handling and maintain service quality standards.
• Handle COD (Cash on Delivery) cash management, including collection, reconciliation, and record keeping.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, balancing, and timely deposit as per company policy.
• Maintain and monitor branch inventory, ensuring proper stock control and reporting.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, cash, operations).
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Act as the focal person during audits and ensure all records are properly maintained.
