Branch Manager JOB TITLE : Branch Manager – Retail Sales Reports to : State Head – Retail Sales Department : Sales Position Grade Range : Manager/ Senior Manager (May vary based on experience) JOB PURPOSE:  To manage the branch for all channels and increase Axis MF market share in the given geography JOB ROLE :  Primary responsibility is to work closely and build strong relations with all the channel partners to build strategies and implement them at the ground level to achieve revenue and market share targets.  Build strong relationship in the given geography to ensure execution of strategies rolled out.  Maximize resource productivity across segments, and ensure maximum market share for Axis Mutual funds scheme for all channel.  Drive/Initiate & execute training & development on products, soft skills and regulations to the bank employees and other channel partners for them to be more effective at the ground level.  Conduct regular investor level meets (one on one or at a group ...
