Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric 2 years experience in a similar role Basic bookkeeping skills Valid driver's license and own transport Job Responsibilities: Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise staff. Evaluate staff performance. Checking quality of work done prior to handover. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive professional, efficient and friendly customer service. Handling customer complaints and insurance claims. Financial Administration: Monitor daily receipts, manage takings, float and cash flow.
