The Coates Pinjarra branch is home to a small team ofcustomer service, trades and transport professionals. As Branch Manager, you'll lead the overall performance of the branch, supporting your team to safely deliver outstanding service and solutions to our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive a strong Safety-First culture, develop and empower your team, build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business. You'll enjoy balancing people leadership, operational excellence and commercial performance while making a real impact on the success of the branch.

Day to day, you'll:

Manage branch performance across revenue, profitability, fleet availability, utilisation and customer loyalty
