The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a smooth flow of branch operations to ensure profitable sales, setting sales targets, handling product/stock management, developing and improving sales plans to maximize the results and achieve peak performance levels.
The Branch Manager is responsible for developing the branch, ensuring the company policies and procedures is followed, organising and executing training programmes for branch personnel, evaluating employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed, supporting the sales team, and attending essential training to advance to a high‑level position.
