McKay Group is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly experienced Branch Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing operations of our new Ottawa branch. This is a unique ground-up leadership opportunity where you will represent the combined expertise of McKay Boiler Supplies, McKay Steam Supplies, and E.J. Walsh. As the leader for this location, you will be involved from the pre-opening phase, playing a critical role in site selection, facility design, and the strategic establishment of our market presence in Ottawa.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Opening Phase: You will be involved with the search for our new facility, manage construction and interior fit-outs, and develop a comprehensive operational plan. You will also be involved in recruiting, hiring, and training the initial staff to ensure a seamless launch.
