Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and identify sales opportunities within the Nelspruit region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell the company's range of industrial equipment and warehouse solutions.
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Establish and grow the branch's client base prior to the branch opening.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch once established.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and operational objectives.
- Manage stock control, inventory, and branch administration.
- Monitor branch performance, budgets, and profitability.
- Prepare management reports using Pastel Evolution.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures.
